What does Vantage Roofing Systems™ do?

What makes your service unique?

We are the only company in the Northeast to offer this system. The unique aspect of the Vantage system is a thick application of fiberglass emulsion spray that is seamlessly applied to virtually all roof types and conditions. The Vantage system is extremely cost effective, seamless, blister resistant, and environmentally friendly. Conventional roof systems are extremely expensive, contain seams—the first area for roof failure—are prone to blister, and crack from poor elasticity over constant contraction / expansion cycles. Vantage has resolved all these problems.

This seems too good to be true. Is this for real?

It’s not too good to be true. The Vantage system has been successfully installed for over 40 years to approximately 300 million square feet of commercial roofing. It is a tried and true roof system that has created many happy customers. Let Vantage show you the exception to, "Too good to be true."

Is Vantage's system similar to the other thin and less durable spray applications?

No. The Vantage system is unlike other spray systems. In addition to a thick, uniform layer, Vantage can control and build-up the thickness of the fiberglass emulsion application around the areas that matter most—penetrations, the perimeter, and areas prone to minor ponding.

Do you replace the entire roof for installation?

No! Our system is compatible with most roofing systems that currently reside on your building. That means we repair and restore your roof to a condition known to last upwards of 20 years and the customer avoids the extremely high costs associated with roof removals. We can simply repair specific sections of a roof as needed, but we specialize in complete roof installations.

How are you so inexpensive, this must be a cheap product?

That may be true with other low cost conventional roof systems, but not Vantage. The design of our applicator dramatically reduces many of our costs relative to our competition. We just pass along the savings to you without any compromise to the materials or system you receive.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. Please contact us to set up an appointment and we will provide a full analysis and recommendation of your roof. There are no obligations or costs on your end!

How long will it take to complete my roof?

This depends on the weather, as well as the condition and size of your roof. Vantage can typically complete an installation in approximately 2 - 5 days. There is no compromise in the craftsmanship or materials; we have simply learned to streamline the process with a highly efficient and effective installation technology.

Is there a manufacturer's warranty?

We offer two warranties. Our Ad-vantage warranty is a ten year warranty that comes standard with all Vantage installations at no additional cost. Vantage will annually perform inspections to ensure maximum roof performance and customer satisfaction. Vantage also provides a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies in length depending on the system and manufacturer specification.
